Just bought an donor car. 1985 VW LT31D non turbo engine.

I have a good 1985 VW LT31D with 87 turbodiesel engine.
All I wanted from the donor car was front spring on right side.
Problem is that the donor car have broken spring on right side.

Can I use left spring on right side?

Donor car: The engine runs ok. No oil in coolant
Thinking of taking the cylinder head and injection(fuel) pump off.

Can I use non turbo cylinder head and injection(fuel) pump on my turbo engine?

I am currently unemployed, will move to Amsterdam after 30.May.
Maybe I will drop into one of the VW LT`s meetings in the furture
